Withdrawal information
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. Subject to statutory conditions and information, the withdrawal period generally starts on the day the contract is concluded.
Exercising withdrawal
To withdraw, inform us (MDH Group / proprietor Carsten Emde, Holunderweg 8, 26209 Hatten, Germany, email: service@mdh-group.de, telephone: 04481 4409995) of your decision by an unambiguous statement, for example by email or letter. You may use the model form, but it is not mandatory.
You may also exercise withdrawal using our electronic withdrawal function at https://mdh-group.de/vertrag-widerrufen/ If you use this function, you will promptly receive an electronic acknowledgement containing your withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.
Meeting the deadline
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the period expires or use the electronic function in time.
Consequences of withdrawal
Following a valid withdrawal, we refund payments received in accordance with statutory provisions, without delay and no later than the statutory deadline. We normally use the same payment method as the original transaction unless agreed otherwise.
Statutory special rules for services already begun or digital content remain unaffected.
Special rule for immediately supplied digital content
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, withdrawal may expire early if statutory conditions are met. For a paid contract, this requires in particular that performance has begun, that you expressly consented to its beginning before the period expired, acknowledged losing withdrawal when performance began, and received the legally required contract confirmation.
MDH checkout logs consent to immediate provision and acknowledgement separately. Early expiry relates to the digital software content supplied immediately. Any withdrawal rights for additional ongoing services depend on statutory rules in the specific contractual relationship.
